That’s the headline of an article on the website Facts About Beef that caught my eye.

A lot of the time people refer to cattle for what they are mainly used for in the food industry, such as dairy cows or beef cows. In a time where many urban and suburban dwellers are less connected to their agricultural roots, they might not realize just how much more these animals provide beyond milk and hamburger.

You may know that cowhides are used to create leather for all kinds of products from shoes to handbags, but did you know that cow products even go beyond that?
