I have a master's degree in fine art from San Diego State University and spent 12 years as a freelance illustrator in Portland, Oregon. I had a variety of clients, and had illustrations published in "The Warbler" a monthly membership newsletter for the Audubon Society of Portland with a circulation of 10,000 households, botanical illustrations on signage for the Hoyt Arboretum, and wildlife and birds in the book "Wild In the City: Guide to Portland's Natural Areas."

EQUINE SCIENCES CONNECTION MASTHEADThe "Equine Sciences Connection" newsletter is produced and printed twice each semester by the Equine Sciences Stewards. It is printed and distributed on campus and in prospective student packets. Hundreds of students and alumni download the pdf version when it's posted on the department website and social media accounts.
